Bottom Fishing
Simply put, these are some bad ass fish. They live in the rocky, dark depths and are a challenge to ones strength and reflexes. We bottomfish with live bait, chunks and jigs.
Almost everything we catch while bottom fishing can be brought home for dinner. Snapper, grouper, pompano and amberjack are all on the menu.

-Go to method of choice, 'livies' produce brutal strikes from big fish. Getting these lunkers off the bottom is the toughest and most crucial part of the whole experience
