White water rafting is about the most refreshing way to see the jungle. Depending upon where you are, you can decide from a more tranquil ride in the class 2 and 3 range or even up to an exciting class 4 and 5 rapid.
The perennial favorite tours are the various dolphin watch tours. The boats, usually sailboats, will take you into the open ocean in search of a variety of dolphin species and even the occasional whale. Many tours also include some time spent anchoring around reefs for some snorkeling and most tours even serve op a hot meal and include drinks and other snacks.
